Mindy F. Stern, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, ACC is a professional Leadership and Career Coach, trusted HR advisor, speaker and author.
As the founder and president of AIM Resource Group Inc. she collaborates with business leaders who want to be more effective in their roles and offers support to people who are ready to transition into new careers. AIM Resource Group Inc. delivers Leadership Development Programs to organizations that want to enhance their employee’s Communication and Leadership skills as well as Outplacement Services to organizations that will be reducing their workforce. In addition, AIM provides services such as Personal Branding guidance, Interview Preparation, Resume Development and Job Board support. Mindy co-authored the book “How I Created Work Life Balance” and has been a featured speaker at many organizations. Mindy spent over 20 years in the corporate sector, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources for a New York City based financial services company. Mindy is currently the Director of Public Relations and member of the board of ICF-LI. She also serves on the executive board of SNAP, a not for profit organization serving the senior population of Queens. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute, Certified Staffing Professional (ASA), Certified DiSC Trainer and Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She is a member of several fine organizations including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).
