Rita Maniscalco, PCC, is a Certified Professional Career, Life and Business Coach. She offers the tools, support, and accountability which help her clients create positive, sustainable change. Rita helps her clients identify and remove the obstacles which keep them from moving forward. She does all of this using her own unique style of compassionate communication. Most clients report experiencing positive change from the very first session. Areas of specialization: career coaching, job search strategy, interpersonal communication in the workplace, mentor coaching.
As a career coach, Rita provides the tools and support needed to gain clarity around and find solutions for your career issues. Rita uses a whole-life approach to career coaching with the perspective that successful work-life integration is the key to overall well-being. She is certified in the Art and Science of Career Transition.
As a Business Coach, Rita helps with interpersonal communication skills training, discipline and criticism skills training, conflict resolution, and growth strategies.
Rita has been quoted as an expert in several publications, most recently Newsday and Long Island Woman magazine. She also spoke about job search strategy in today’s challenging market as part of a panel of Career Coach experts for UJA’s Connect-to-Care program.
Rita has been studying self-improvement, personal growth, and success strategies for over twenty years. She received her training from Coach Training Alliance, an International Coach Federation (ICF) approved training program, and has earned the ICF’s Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation, which represents an internationally recognized standard in coaching.
Rita has created a fulfilled, abundant, and charitable life. Her mission is to help others do the same.
